Upon graduating from law school, Karachi began her career as a corporate associate at Venable, where she advised middle-market clients across various industries on strategic corporate transactions. Karachi later transitioned to Goodwin Procter, where she advised technology-focused clients on corporate formations, corporate governance, venture capital, capital markets, M&A + divestitures, and other corporate deals. After spending 2½ years practicing at Am Law 100 firms, Karachi began her in-house counsel journey at Meta Platforms, where she managed legal review of content, production, and platform initiatives across Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and Reality Labs as commercial counsel.

Building on her roles in Big Law and Big Tech, Karachi launched her legal consultancy — TECH ESQ.℠ — providing fractional in-house legal support as embedded commercial, privacy, and product counsel for enterprises (including Fortune 500 companies) during technology transactions.
